ELN members Robert Gee and Paul Mohler attended the U.S.-China Wind Summit 2011-Building Strategic Cooperation held in San Francisco, California.  Mr. Mohler provided a historical overview and update on current federal regulatory issues facing Chinese wind developers in the U.S.

Paul Mohler moderated a panel on “Policy Statements, Rulemakings, Enforcement & Reliability Proceedings” at the Energy Bar Association’s Mid-Year Meeting Primer.  The focus of the Primer was on effective practice before the Federal Energy Regulation Commission.

Bill Mogel gave a presentation titled "Natural Gas Powers the Economy" at the Washington Energy Summit held at the Reagan Building in Washington, D.C.
