ELN NEWS

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
February 2, 2010

NEWLY FORMED “ENERGY LAWYERS NETWORK” OFFERS EXPERIENCED, EFFECTIVE REPRESENTATION FOR ENERGY LAW AND POLICY.

Six highly experienced energy lawyers, each practicing independently, announce the formation of the ENERGY LAWYERS NETWORK (“ELN”).  The founders of ELN are: Paul Mohler, Arlington, Virginia, Bill Mogel, Washington, D.C., Bob Gee, Washington, D.C., Mark Haedicke, Houston, Texas, Freddi Greenberg, Chicago, Illinois, and Kathleen Carrigan, Boston, Massachusetts.

2010 promises to be a year of changes and challenges in energy markets and regulation at the state and federal levels.  With extensive experience, ELN members are uniquely positioned to help clients address a broad range of legal and policy issues arising from these changes and challenges.  ELN members are also available for consulting assignments involving energy policy or litigation support.

ELN is designed to provide clients with access to effective representation by experienced energy practitioners at a realistic cost.  Thus, an ELN member may call on other ELN members where a client would best be served by the additional expertise or the geographic location of another ELN member.

To learn if a member or members of ELN can be of service, please contact any member of the network.  Additional information about the ENERGY LAWYERS NETWORK and its founding members is available at www.energylawyersnetwork.com
